Located in the southwestern Andino region, the department of Huila typically offers coffees in higher acidity and floral notes. Washed processed lots comprised of Castillo, Typica, and Caturra are frequently chosen for decaffeination. This coffee benefits from a sustainable, quality enhancing process that occurs at origin.
