-Farmer Ramiro Rada, Approx 1.4 hectares. 90% Caturra, 10% Colombia Variety

-20-hour fermentation, African raised bed parabolic drying (length weather dependent)

-Lots separated. Only caturra selected for cooperative “premium” program.

-Caturra natural mutation of Bourbon, Minas Gerais, Brazil 1915-1918, propagated via mass selection. From Guarani word meaning “small” (dwarf plant). Compact size = higher density planting.

-Garzón: mild climate, rainy “winter” season Mar- May, watered by rivers, agricultural economy
